PEGGY Event Decor Hire Service Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the agreement between you ("Client") and PEGGY Event Decor Hire ("Company") for the hire of wedding and event decor items. By renting our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Hire and Security Deposit
2.1. A 30% security deposit is required to cover any potential damage or loss of the hired decor items.
2.2. The security deposit will be added to the cost of hire
2.3. Items to be returned within 7 day after the event. The security deposit will be refunded to the Client within 7 days after the items are returned in their original condition, subject to inspection by the Company.
2.4. The deposit does not cover normal wear and tear, but any damage, loss, or breakage will be deducted from the deposit.

3. Collection, Use, and Return of Items
3.1. The Client is responsible for collecting and returning the decor items to the Company at the agreed times and location.
3.2. The Client must handle all items with care and use them only for their intended purpose.
3.3. All items must be returned by the agreed date and time. Late returns may incur additional charges.

4. Damage and Loss
4.1. The Client is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the decor items during the hire period.
4.2. If the damage or loss exceeds the deposit amount, the Client will be billed for the additional costs to repair or replace the items.
4.3. The Company will notify the Client of any damages or losses within 3 days of the items being returned.

5. Cancellations and Changes
5.1. The Client must notify the Company of any cancellations or changes to the hire order at least 30 days before the collection or delivery date.
5.2. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the hire date may result in the loss of any hire fees paid, but the security deposit will be refunded in full.
5.3. The Company reserves the right to refuse any changes to the order that are requested within 7 days of the event.

6. Liability
6.1. The Company is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of the hired decor items.
6.2. The Client assumes all responsibility for the safety and appropriate use of the decor items during the hire period.

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is located. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

8. Acceptance of Terms
By paying the security deposit, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions
