Cancellation, Delivery & Returns Information

Cancellation
Cancellation is only available up to 24 hours after we receive your order. If you would like to cancel your order, once processing has commenced (before shipment), up to 40% charge may be deducted from the overall amount (excluding delivery charge which will be refunded in full).

 

Delivery Times

  1. Processing times: 1 to 2 days from date of order (processing times may increase if a draft is requested).
  2. All delivery times are from date of shipment
  3. Delivery Costs vary depending on the product(s). The delivery charge will be available at checkout.
  •  Standard Delivery  3-5 days
  • *1st Class Recorded Delivery  1-3 days
  • Pick up in Store  1-2 days
  • Click & Collect (order before 1pm)  1-2 days           
  • Special Delivery - Once you have placed your order, please contact us directly and we will calculate the shipping charge for you. 

*Order before 1pm for next day shipment (applicable to 1st class signed for only)

For peace of mind, we recommend using the 'Signed For' service. 

Please note that we use Royal mail for the majority of our deliveries.

Delivery times given above are an estimated time of delivery. In the event of lost/delayed post, we are required to wait 10 days before submitting a claim to Royal Mail.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated time given above, we request that you wait until 10 days from date of shipment for your order to contact us. If you have still not received your order by this time, we will then submit a claim to Royal Mail for non-delivery.  They may contact you for additional information.

We will give you several options with regards to your order.

Returns

Unless an error has been made with your order we are unable to accept returns on personalised/custom-made items.

Your Order is Returned by Courier

If your parcel is returned to us by the courier, we will contact you to confirm delivery information before resending. 

We will pay for the 1st redelivery charge. If your order is returned for the 2nd time, the buyer will be responsible for redelivery charges.

If we do not receive confirmation from you, your order will be kept on file.
