What is Click & Collect? 

Click & Collect is essentially a method of shopping that allows consumers to order online and then pick up their purchased items from a store rather than having them shipped. The United Kingdom has become more dependent on online shopping, but there are still many consumers who prefer shopping in-store - I guess some things never change! 

How Does Click & Collect Work?  

The Click & Collect process is fairly straightforward and require absolutely no hassle. There are three easy steps you must take in order to purchase and receive your desired item. These steps are:

1. Decide which product you wish to purchase on our website. Once you have checked out, you will get directed to the ordering page - select the option for pickup. 
2. After you have purchased the item, you will receive an order confirmation with the details for collection. We will then prepare your order for collection after receiving the order details. 
3. The final stage - visit our local store in order to receive your personalised item! Ensure to bring proof of the order, such as a confirmation email. Once you have been verified as the rightful owner of the product, you’re free to go! 

What Will Happen If I Don't Collect My Order?

Now that we are trying to return to normal, we have now re-launched our Collections service and have created a comfy waiting area just for you.

Online Booking Service

Simply click on the dropdown arrow in ‘Same Day Collection’ to view the gifts available

When checking out select the 'Store Pick Up' option and choose your date and time for collection using our booking service (3 hours processing time before collection). Once you have completed your order, we will get started on creating your gift.

Order online before 1pm for same day collection. Please allow 3 hours before collecting your order.   

Some gifts may not be available for same-day collection, but you can still collect your order when it is ready, or we can ship it to you.
